Unable to connect to PY,DV through fatclient after adding plan.

Hello,

We have decided to migrate DV, PY (both DB and ENT) from current server to new server. I've created add-on server plan added ENT and DB server details, Bussiness data source, but didn't run it as business put it on hold. I can see changes in my ODBC.ini file and not able to connect to PY and DV through fatclient. Prompting for CRPDTA password. Unable to install update packages for PD also.

Please advise. attached are the logs and screenshot.
