Service Work Order Entitlement

We have a business scenario where Service contract has a condition that 5 Service tickets are covered for free service and any ticket after that will be charged at TnM. Is there any functionality available within standard JDE Service module to have a Service Contract and said No of Service work orders gets entitled and after which any Service work order goes as Billable - TnM.
