Non Lead DB Import error

Hello Community

NL register while consuming xstore back is throwing the  ORA - 39060 error  and weird part is the some functions on the DB are missing and that's causing error on synonyms doesn't exists ( example - test connection function which gets triggered at start).

I do see Lead has successfully finished back up .  Any thoughts ?
