Creating a REST service to Amazon Web Service (AWS) S3

Has anyone created a REST service in Campus Solutions to put files in a S3 bucket on an amazon web service? We have a third party that has created a bucket for us to put files into and have provided the credentials (user name, access key id, secret access key, etc) and we are trying to figure out how to pass the credentials in the authentication method.
