spectre patches for RAC?

I'm trying to find out if there are patches for the Spectre/Meltdown vulnerabilities for RAC version 12.2.0.1. I see in doc ID 2347948 that the database product is not affected, but it doesn't mention RAC. Is RAC included in the database for purposes of this patch?
