What Provision is Required to Access Planning Cubes in Smart View

Hello,

I have attached a Word document with an image of my SmartView Planning connection choices. As an admin user, I can see the three Planning cubes, GM, CP, and FS. We want to allow the business users to create Smart View extracts on those cubes, but they cannot see the cubes like I can. What provision should I add to their group? Afterwards, do I refresh the Security Filters through Planning > Administration > Application > Refresh Database, or do the services need to be restarted?
