Custom button not appearing in OUI 8.1.1.10

Hi,

We have a weird issue. We added one custom button and that is visible in HI but not displaying in OUI. In OUI if we do query go then it is appearing. We are using OUI 8.1.1.10

Please let me know if any one come across this type of issue.
