SIEBEL 18.5 Can No Longer Login with Specific User for one Object Manager

Hello,

I'm having trouble where I cannot login to one application (employee-facing application) with my id/password. It is not that I'm getting them wrong and Siebel informs me of it. Instead it appears to accept these but then fails to open the application.

- I can connect to the data with these credentials

- I can connect to WebTools using these credentials

- I had been able to login to the application

- the last change I made was to my User Preferences and Tab Layout

Any tips?
