CTI Middleware viability for Siebel IP16.9 on Linux

Hi Everyone,

We're planing to implement CTI for our Siebel Automotive application (IP 16.9), and are exploring options for a viable middleware. Our Siebel servers (including Communication server) are hosted on Linux servers, and we've already implemented inbound eMail integration with O365.

We were planning to use Cisco CTI driver initially. However, from the existing documentation, it seems Cisco CTI Driver for Siebel can't be used on a non-Windows environment. Is there any workaround for this ?

Besides, we did not find Cisco in the list of OVI: http://www.oracle.com/partners/campaign/eblasts/ovi-current-validations-popup-2003330.html

What are our options here, and how do we procure licenses if we go for other middlewares ?

Howdy, Stranger!
