Workflow Confirmation struck in Processing Status

Hi Experts,

I created a Fixed Services Complex PO and approved.

Created Work Confirmation in BWC and submitted for approval.

Immediately WC status become Processing.

Run RTP in Purchasing responsibility for this OU.

WC status is not moving to Pending Approval and never received approval notification in Buyer login(in this case me only) to approve.

We are implementing this process newly.

Kindly suggest the issue reason.
