XPATH - IF Condition in eText Template

Team,

We need to return one value based on the condition meet. I am using the below condition in eText Template. No errors. The conditions are not working correctly. even though many employees meet with third condition still the second condition value is getting returned in output.

IF (Link_User_Role/User_Roles/User_Roles_Rec[Role_Common_Name=‘LINE_MANAGER_HQ_CUSTOM’]/Role_Common_Name or

    Link_User_Role/User_Roles/User_Roles_Rec[Role_Common_Name=‘LINE_MANAGER_SBU_CUSTOM’]/Role_Common_Name) and

   (Link_User_Role/User_Roles/User_Roles_Rec[Role_Common_Name !=‘LOCAL_HR_SPECIALIST_DATA’]/Role_Common_Name and
