Issue happens when i try to open the pick applet of Currency Pick Applet

Applet:Currency Popup Applet 2

Field:CurrencyCode

PickApplet:Currency Pick Applet

Error: The Applet Field With Name "undefined" Doesn't Exist(SBL-UIF-00289)

i tried to open  on IE11 but gives the same error
