Contract SER_111, has price set until 59 999, yet ERP continues issuing invoice after 59 999 as wel

Hi

For Contract SER_111  for  usage line price is defined as 11.38 (locked) range is defined  from : 0 - to  59999 on pricing.

Counter range user has updated # 65999  and invoice is generated .

why it has invoiced ?inspite the Counter Exceeded the

Note : subline price is Zero and counter range is defined  0 to 99999(at subline )

as the price list is locked  we know the price is taken from line  . now 100+ contracts are invoiced  & in future  how to handle this kind of cases ??

any setup we can control ?
