R3190 with NER -N3101470 -->SPHD Code R for 41|I not working

Within R3190 – BSFN N3101470 is called. This does all the work to file the commitments.  It has a bug.

When getting the UDC for 41|I it fails to load the key value and therefore always returns a blank in the special handling code, instead of returning the value specified for the stocking type.  Therefore, in our case the WO’s within the status specified in the processing options are always included in the Quantity on WO Receipt.

Do we have any reported issue for the same ?
