Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Original Word Template Lines/Boxes and Bar Code Do not Show up

I have a BIP Word template when I run for BIP merge I found out that the original lines / boxes and the bar code do not display correctly

See the attached output, I should have 6 boxes and the lines before and after OF

The bar code also does not display correctly

Please let me know if you can see the problem
