Creating a spending warning when near budgeted amount

I was wondering if there is a capability to put a warning in the system when someone charges  the job and it is already 80% spent or any other percentage? I create a job in job cost master revisions and the chart type is use is the same for all jobs, capital or expense, and I want to know where in the set up of the job I could put in a warning either in the budget or the job itself, so that we can keep from overspending on a job. Does anyone know the process?
