CSV Output Colum Mismatch with Windows 7 and Windows 10

Team ,

One of the our user facing issue with regards to CSV output.

When he observe CSV output in Window 7 all look fine which is generated in Windows 10 with his teammats.

However as soon he moves to his original system which is window 10 , He finds same output totally different.

Columns were moved to next column which results in incorrect value.

Do we have such reported issue ? I dont know if something is possible.

As server configuration will always be same for all.
