Hello Team,

User is unable to enter text in the text box for the application P03B31 - Activity Messages.

We have checked the access of the user & compared it with the user who has access to enter the text & they both have same access.

Attaching the screenshot of the said application. User is working in Internet Explorer.

We are in JDE E1 9.1.4

Any document reference will be helpful.
