element entry "Show Adjustment" for garnishment is erroring out for NACHA

we are suing "show Adjustment" functionality for adjusting the entry values instead of Special inputs. when making adjustments using add/subtract for Garnishment elements, the payroll process NACHA is erroring out with error "missing attachment number.

When entry is adjusted, the adjusted entry in pay_element_entry_values_f is missing attachment number.

Is this is a bug with system. tried different combinations and getting an error. Is there any workaround for this.
