From the OEM 13c console, it is not possible to discover SOA/OSB with SSL virtual hosts (OHS)

in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) Question

In the company we have the OEM 13c console to manage Oracle products (currently only the database is registered). We need to monitor the Soa Suite and Oracle Service Bus (12.1.3), since we have licensed the administration packs of both products and require their activation. During the process of discovering these products (from the OEM console), we are receiving errors:

For this discovery we are using the SSL Virtual Host address (VH at the OHS level with SSL and in front of this a balancer) and it is failing. As far as I investigate, the WLS discovery is done under the JMX protocol "t3" or "t3s" (
