How to handle multiple ship to location?

We have a customer who is having multiple ship-to locations. Is it required to create all ship to address for this customer?

I have a general question also. If I am having the ship to location to my customer's sister companies which is having different company name then how can I maintain his company name in the ship to address?

A - customer

A - bill to address

A-Ship to address

A1-Ship to address

A2-Ship to address

A3-Ship to address
