Unable to inspect View in Siebel IP17 (18.5)

I have created new view in Web Tool but when I do inspect from Application, it is not visible. Verified in support web found that its a product bug Doc ID 2407001.1

Anyone have idea if this is resolved or any workaround apart from Delivering workspace ?
