E1 Security View Option on Action Security

Hi Team,

When we open P00950 and naviagate for example say Application p4205-->on Action security I can see View as Y for some applications and for some its not appearing ..

Questions

1)If a user has 3 roles and all 3 roles has been granted application security as Y and for one role this View is set to Y and for others its Blank ..Is this any way affect security?I am thinking these lines has come from XE and system doesn't care this View Security .

Clarification

2)Also same goes for application security I see some aDD/cHANGE/DELETE for application security i think this is also come from XE tables
