How to migrate oracle database 12c from windows 2012 R2 to oracle linux?

Hello All,

We are planning to migrate JDE 9.2 to Oracle cloud.

And We have the oracle database 12c on windows 2012R2 machine.

We want to migrate the database from windows machine to oracle linux of oracle cloud.

Please let me know documents & any script or process related to this.
