Removing Cost from all screens in OTM FOR 3PL

Hi,

I was working on enabling a screen for 3PL users and we don't want them to see any cost. I tried eliminating it by hiding the fields on screen set. However, I see that it still comes up on screen like "Bulk Plan - Buy" as we intend to give them capability to do bulk planning. Similarly, on the related buy shipment screen from order release, I see cost coming up.

Is there a way to remove cost from these two screens or mask it for a user using any specific ACL.
