Oracle Linux VM host SAN storage migration - best supported practice and method?

I need to migrate the storage we have presented to our existing LINUX Oracle host servers from EMC XtremIO to V7000.

I have 2 host servers which comprise the server pool, running multiple RAC clustered DB instances, one node of each cluster on each host.
I want to know the best/recommended Oracle supported process for carrying out the migration.
OVM version = 3.3.5. Oracle Linux versions for hosted VM instances = 5.11.
VM host servers version = 3.3.5,  kernel version = 3.8.13-118.15.1

If there is a documented process please provide a link.
Alternatively please provide the steps to migrate one RAC clustered DB run as 2 nodes, one on each host and I will propagate for other clusters.
