Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dears,

I defined budget and budget organization.and let budget Open not Current to know what the different about them and what the effects about them.

Then i donot find any changes about them. So, What the difference and effects about Open and Current budget?
