Routing Yield and BOM Scrap

Hi,

We have some items that have extremely low yields.  As low as 6%.  For example it takes 1,400 KGs of raw materials to produce 80 KGs of finished products.

It appears that in JDE if we try to use the yield functionality on the routing we are limited to around 9%.  Anything lower than that would cause the scrap to exceed 999.99% and the program fails.

Does anyone know of something or some company that can successfully deal with these low yields? 

We are on tools / apps 9.1.
