Does anyone use the F42UI520 and F42UI521?

Does anyone use the F42UI520 and F42UI521? What process do you use to purge the data? What base JDE applications use these tables? How long do you keep the data?

Our F42UI521 table has 10 million records and I think something should have been added long ago to clean it up.
