Project WebADI

I need to load some CIP Assets which are currently setting in FA into Projects as part of our conversion to projects. I have been told how to do this via Webadi, but I don't see anyway to access the project WebADIs. I see no menu option in Projects which provides access to webadi and I am unable to access via other modules - would someone know what menu or responsibility I could use to access this functionality.
