BRM 7.5 road map

Based on the CAB 2018 discussions, I understand that BRM 7.5 premier support is until Nov-2020, with extended support till Mid 2021.

Questions:

1) What 7.5 version/patch set would make the PDC mandatory for pricing deployment?

2) Currently we use pricing center on 7.5 PS20 for development and to deploy we use load_price_list utility. Will this utility be available in BRM 12.0?

3) Which 7.5 version/patch set will be certified with Oracle 12.2 database?

4) Can get any help/link/documentation on understanding the key differences between BRM 7.5 and 12.0 and also the software compatibility/certification matrix of BRM 12.0? Advantages of upgrading to 12.0 from 7.5
