User did not run the Compile program but id was reflected in the concurrent request

Hi, would like to request for your ideas why Compile program shows the user name but as per confirmation with the user they did not trigger it.

They were just running the reports and journal inquiries. This also happen to other users. Are there reports that when generated would trigger an automatic program>
