Open Period Control - Inventory

Hi

I am trying to open periods for the organisation under a hierarchy.

Setup is as below

Create Org Hierarchy

Parent Org & Subordinate orgs added.

When to Inventory> View requests> Run Open Period control, parameters hierarcy orgin as Master org, select org hierachy set above. Open number of period is 1

concurrent program completed quick.. no periods were set Open

Am I missing anything??
