issue in converting char to date in DD-MON-YY format

Hi ,

Date value getting stored in attributes in YYMMDD format... i need to pick the minimum and maximum values for different attributes and at the same time need to display in DD-MON-YY format ... we cant use xdofx and xdoslxt together .... Please help me to achieve this scenario
