DRP creates more than 999 lines for MRP

Hi,

We currently have a demand system creating messages in JDE 812 running daily. It can happen that those messages reach to be +999 to be picked up by the MRP in order to create the orders.

As we have on the report the option to consolidate the OP when it's related to the same supplier, we often have to cancel every line above LNID=999 (in JDE lines above 999 are LNID=999,999 and will not be processed further).

Is there any alternative/workaround for this type of situation? (we really don't want to switch off the consolidation PO on the report, as the amount of different OP's will be too huge).
