The RMA application enables users a single entry point to maintain related order transactions. RMAs are used as a single transaction that represents a customer's return or credit request of a particular item. RMAs will automatically create Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Credit Memos, Credit Orders from History, or a combination of a Sales/Credit Order and Purchase Order dependent upon the defined Disposition Codes used.
