Leveraging ASC842 on only some leases within a BU

Has anyone tried this example so far:

Suppose there are 10 leases in  a Business unit.

We want to use ASC842 on some of them.

The remaining 3 leases we do not want to create Lease Obligation and other accounting entries from AM.

Is there a delivered that can help us achieve this?
