Duplicate Credit Card Entries after conversion of database character set to AL32UTF8

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We have recently converted the Oracle Database (12.1.0.2)  character set of the EBS 12.2.5 from Western European to ALE2UTF8. Now, we are noticing duplicate credit card entries in the IBY_CREDITCARD table.

Prior the conversion, we applied the patch 23216318:R12.IBY.C as per Oracle's Suggestion and then ran the "Re-generate Payments Hash Data".

When we noticed the issue, we ran the "Re-generate Payments Hash Data" program again, but the issue still remains the same.

Please let me know if you have faced any similar issues and any pointers reg. this would be of great help.
