Orchestrator and Parameterized URLs

I would like to use a parameterized url to call Supply and Demand (P4021) as if I am running from P4210, so that I can check the requested date is achievable, for a batch orchestration.

Can anyone please tell me if it is possible to create an orchestration that can use a parameterized url call in this manner.
