Create accounting -Asset competing without any error or warning but report is blank

Accounting is getting processed.

XML Publisher Responsibility- Downloaded the rtf template, but it's corrupted.  Tried uploading template file again though patch as well as directly uploaded in the folder, but it did not resolve the issue.
