BI reports suddenly disappear from the BI xmlpserver screen

Hi,

We are running on BI publisher 12crel2 (12.2.1.2) and we have abnormal behaviour with the reports that the reports disappear all of sudden, and we are not able to see any reports in the /xmlpsever login.

Currently to fix this we are restarting the BI weblogic managed server, then we are able to view the reports in /xmlpserver screen.

Any one knows whats the fix for this.
