Receiving "No matching buffer found for level. (15,26)" message on Requisitions when trying to go to
We are currently on 9.2.24, utilizing eProcurment to create requisitions. It is the beginning of our new fiscal year, and our requesters have been copying requisitions. We have started receiving the "No matching buffer found for level. (15,26)" message when approvers try to open the approval page for requisitions that have been copied; however the issue does not happen consistently.
Has anyone else experienced this, and what did you do to resolve the issue?
Currently we are using a SQL delete to delete the attachment, as this seems to work; however, with the current frequency of the issue, we are trying to find a reason why this is happening, and a fix that will resolve the issue from happening. I have attached the resolution document that includes the SQL and the requisition behavior.
