Copy paste from excel cause web server high CPU usage

Hi All,

I have an issue , when I do 'copy paste' the data from excel into JDE form , it will cause web server high CPU usage. And it will cause the JDE system hung.

I am using JDE 9.2 with tool release 9.2.1.1 , Oracle 12c, and Linux platform.

Is there any configuration that I need to do in web server or in JDE CNC parameters, that allow user do 'copy paste' without causing high CPU web server ?
