HI,

I face error  in DB local installation...failed with exit code 4294967295.

log:

13 1 04:47:19  I Executing install command: cmd /C "C:\Oracle\E1Local\jdedwards\OEESETUP.exe -iC:\Oracle -nE1Local -P********"

14 1 05:32:17  E :  The third-party installation command 'cmd /C "C:\Oracle\E1Local\jdedwards\OEESETUP.exe -iC:\Oracle -nE1Local -PM2M4MMMtQ"' failed with exit code 4294967295.  Please check disk space, directory and registry permissions and run Setup again.
