Upgrade Plan failed

Hello Folks,

We are upgrading from 8.11 to 9.2 on windows platform 2012 with oracle database 12c. In between we have installed 9.1 deployment server and enterprise server and installed planner ESU for 9.1 and also upgraded the TR 9.2.1.4. Did PS910 upgrade successfully. But when we upgrading DV910 getting below jde.log. All specs merge are getting failed.
