OAEA server hanged due to stuck threads

Hello,

My EBS version is 12.2.4 and DB version is 11.2.0.3.

I've come across a situation recently where the EBS OAEA managed server health was in warning state due to stuck threads and SSO login got hanged. I've recorded the thread dumps and here is the info.

The Stuck thread max timer is set to 600. Is there any way to fix this issue?
