Customer Aging Fluid Tile

We are implementing the Customer Aging tile.  We have noticed that the tile appears as if it needs to be configured or personal preferences need to be set the first time you access it.  I am wondering if there is a place to set that up for our end users so it doesn't look like an error when they open the homepage that the tile sits on.

Is anyone aware of how you can push the preferences out on this tile?
