Multi-Facility Planning for MPS & Process Items

Is multi-facility planning compatible with process items to calculate the Time Series

as I have this scenario:-

1 - The Routing and bill of materials defined in WIP branch/plant

2- The production cycle done in the WIP branch/plant - Receiving of the finish product in WIP branch/plant

3- Transfer the finish product from WIP to FP brnach/plant to be ready for sales.

4- The forecast should be defined in FP branch/plant but when I run R3483 for "MPS - Regeneration" the system does not consider the followings:-

A - The ON-Hand quantity in WIP branch/plant.
