BSFN functions differently when run locally vs. on Server

Hi

we recently upgraded our tools to ver 9.2.2.4.

I have an external developer modifying a  standard JDE application. P051127.

what we noticed is that we get an invalid UDC error when we run this application on the thin client.  however when it is executed on the development machine, thru the local web/host we don't get any errors.

we have exhausted all possible causes, any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
