Custom UBE - Issue

Hi,

We have a custom report which will be executed through scheduler.

This is an invoice report, which should insert the data in one of the custom table...but we realized suddenly that it didn't inserted the records sporadically (Few cases) ...surprisingly the invoice output appears correctly without any issues...

I have gone through the code once again to identify if there are any loop holes...but i couldn't find any ...so i suspect that it could be database connection issue or some other reason...

How can i identify the exact reason.

I tried to view the logs from the WSJ...but it is giving me a message as "
